Dr. Juan Buitrago is Dental Director of Veterans Dental Solutions of Tampa Bay and Owner of Tampa Bay Dental Solutions and Dental Training Center of Miami. Dr. Buitrago first received his dental degree from Fundación Universitaria San Martin in Bogota, Colombia. Upon arriving to the U.S., he began studying at the University of Florida - College of Dentistry. He finished his dental studies at UF’s Foreign Trained Dental Program focusing primarily on dental surgery. He completed studies in implants and bone grafting at the University of Miami. Dr. Buitrago has always been fervent about implant dentistry and oral surgery. He continued his career by completing a fellowship in Implant Dentistry with the International Congress of Oral Implantologist.
While working as a general dentist, his drive and passion for oral surgery never stopped. He worked diligently to become an expert in Sinus Lifting, Bone Grafting and Soft Tissue Grafting. He studied these concepts rigorously in order to do top-tier implant placement. Other areas of expertise are full-arch restorations and full endodontic therapy including molars.
He has ample clinical experience on different implant placement systems. He has placed over 5,000 implants in cases that range from simple to complex. Dr. Buitrago has been a national and international conference leader, teaching other dentists about the innovations in Implant Dentistry. He not only has a passion for patients, but also for his fellow peers. He is president and founder of Dental Training Center of Miami where he leads courses regarding the ever-changing advancements in dentistry.

Dr. Franklin brings a holistic approach to those he serves from the SmileFaith charitable dental facility located in Jenkins, Kentucky. He and his team travel to Jenkins regularly to hold charitable dental clinics for the impoverished residents of Appalachia. Dr. Randy has a special place in his heart for young people in recovery and prison inmates who need dental care. He always strives to give his patients excellent oral health care, but also hope and healing for life’s bumps in the road! Dr. Franklin graduated from The Ohio State University Dental School and was mentored in Implantology through the early days of Dr. Duke Heller and Midwest Implant Institute. Aside from Linkstone Implant Academy, Dr. Lee is currently Chief of the Department of Oral Health at Cambridge Health Alliance - CHA (Cambridge, MA). At CHA hospital, Dr. Lee is not only taking care of patients as a dentist, but also lecturing/guiding Resident Doctors from Harvard School of Dental Medicine (Boston, MA). Dr. Lee is also a Chief Medical Officer of the New York Center for Dental Oncology (New York, NY). From 2012-2015, he served as Assistant Professor with the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Radiology, and Medicine at NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Lee completed his Doctorate from New York University, graduating with honors and having served as President of the American Student Dental Association. Subsequently, he completed a General Practice Residency at Jersey City Medical Center (NJ), followed by a 2-year fellowship in Dental Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (NY). Prior to clinical training, Dr. Lee obtained his bachelor's at Northwestern University (IL) and master's degrees at Harvard University (MA) and A.T. Still University (MO), focusing on public health policy and management. Since 2010, Dr. Lee has also served the nation as a Major in the United States Army - Massachusetts Army National Guard. In 2012, he had the privilege of visiting the White House and also meeting the Surgeon General. In service to his community, he travels to Haiti and Northeast Asia 2-3 times per year to lecture at medical/dental schools, as well as to provide free dental care for the underserved. He is a member of Grace Chapel (Lexington, MA) and sits on the board of For Hope International, a 501(c)3 charity committed to sustainable health improvement in Haiti. During the COVID-19 crisis, Dr. Lee was deployed to New York and Massachusetts to help the nation's emergency situations. For his admirable dedication during the COVID-19 crisis, Dr. Lee was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal by Brigadier General Virginia I. Gaglio, who is a Commander of the Massachusetts Air Force National Guard.

Dr. Sandy Schwartz received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 1979 after earning his B.A. from State University of New York at Albany. He completed a general practice residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital, where he also served as assistant instructor in the Department of Surgery. While practicing in New York, Dr. Schwartz was an instructor at New York University College of Dentistry, and served on staff at Maimonides and Southside Hospitals. Dr. Schwartz’s ongoing continuing education includes a number of surgical and prosthetic training programs on Osseo integrated implants, among them a 330 hour maxi course provided by the Medical College of Georgia and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Extensively trained and experienced in esthetic dentistry, Dr. Schwartz has been veneering teeth since 1979. Dr. Schwartz has also completed 600 hours in the University of Florida Comprehensive Dentistry Advanced Curriculum. Dr. Schwartz served at the Brandon Regional Hospital, Department of Surgery, 1986-2006.
